Return Process

Please examine your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage or glass breakage during transit.

If there is an issue, email our team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
- 3.Verification Review
Our quality assurance team will review your request and process a replacement or store credit within 48 business hours.
- 4.Dispose Safely
For safety reasons, please do not mail back opened or broken food items; once your claim is approved, you may discard the damaged product.
